Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
Mix half of the sugar and the eggs fluffy.
Melt half the margarine in a casserole.
Pour half the milk in the casserole and let it boil while stirring.
Pour half the milk and half of the margarine mixture in the bowl of sugar and eggs.
Add half of the vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour in the mixture and stir together.
Place a baking sheet in a baking form approx. of 20 x 30 centimeters.
Pour the batter in a baking form.
Place in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes and take it out.
Take out the cake bottom and let it cool down. Take away the baking paper.
Repeat the procedure with the rest of the ingredients for the cake bottom. Now you have 2 cake bottoms.
Whip the whip cream and icing sugar to a hard foam.
Add the mascarpone cheese and stir together. Add half of the coffee.
Place one of the cake bottoms on a serving plate and brush it with half of the remaining coffee.
Place evenly half of the filling on top of the bottom.
Place the second cake bottom on top and brush it with the rest of the coffee.
Spread the rest of the filling evenly on top.
Sprinkle cacao powder on top of the cake and place it cold until it is time to serve it.
