This is a recipe of a homemade South American cake made out of three different kind of milks. It gives a very soft and rather sweet taste. The difference with this cake is that you don´t divide the cake to put the filling in between the layers. Instead you pour the filling directly on top of the cake to make it soft and spongy.
This taco is made with minced meat and vegetables, and served with guacamole sauce. Quick and easy to do, and you can fill it with many different choices of filling to fit your own taste.
With this recipe you can make healthy tortilla chips for your Mexican evening. There are two ways of preparing the chips and both are very easy, and only takes a few minutes. Either you make them the traditional way in the frying pan with oil or in the oven, the choice is yours. Why not make a homemade salsa sauce to dip the chips in to make the dish complete.
