Instructions:
Start the oven at electrical heat at 175 degrees Celsius.
Cut the butter in small pieces and mix it together with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Pour the potato flour and the egg in the mixture and stir.
Add the caramel sauce and mix everything to a dough.
Put a baking paper on a baking sheet.
With the help of a spoon make small round cookies on the baking paper.
Put the cookies in the middle of the oven for ten minutes.
Take out the cookies and let them cool down.
