Pie
Preheat the oven at 225 degree Celsius.
Pour the flour and the oatmeal in a bowl, add the margarine in small pieces in the bowl. Grind the margarine together with the oat meal and flour with your fingers. Continue until you have no margarine lumps and you have a crumbly dough that is not to sticky.
Wash and cut the strawberries in pieces, and pour them in a pie form. Sprinkle the potato flour ( if you use frozen berries double the amount of potato flour) and the sugar on top of the strawberries and mix it together with your hands. Make an even layer with the fruits on the bottom of the form.
Sprinkle the crumbles on top of the strawberries.
Place the pie in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes, or until the pie crumbles are golden brown in color.
Take out the pie from the oven and let it cool down in room temperature.
Vanilla cream
While the pie is cooling down it is time to continue with the whip cream.
Whip the cream with an electrical mixer so you get a nice mousse.
Dived the eggs so you just have the egg yellows and add them in the whip cream together with the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Continue to whip the cream until you get a nice firm foam. Place the vanilla cream in the fridge until it serving time.
Before you serve the pie it is nice to place it in small serving bowls portion by portion. Place a small piece of pie in a transparent bowl and add another layer of the pie. Pour the vanilla cream on top of the pie, and serve it.
