Homemade Swiss hazelnuts Macaroons with only 4 ingredients, that are both quick and easy to prepare. These Hazelnut Macaroons are traditional Swiss Christmas cookies. Perfect little treats to serve as part of the dessert buffet, when you have friends and family over for a party.

Oven temperature:
200 degrees Celsius
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Stir the egg and mix it together with the sugar.
Add the hazelnut powder and the potato flour and mix to a sticky dough.
Place a baking paper or a silicon mat on a baking sheet. Scoop small balls of dough on the paper and place 1 hazelnut on each cookie dough.
Place in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Take out the cookies and let them cool down.
