This is a recipe of a Taco cake also known as tortilla cake. I love stacking layers of tortilla breads filled with taco spiced mice beef, and covered in cheese. When taking it out of the oven the cheese is melted, and you can decorate it with your favorite ingredients. This time we covered it with slices of salami, olives and mini mozzarella. The whole family likes to eat this cake with taco chips, guacamole and fresh vegetables while watching a movie on Friday evenings.

This is the gluten free version of the classical Swedish jam cookies. Traditionally these cookies are made with berries with a clear red color. To have some variation for your coffee guest you can make some with blueberry- and cherry jam as well.
Swedish meatballs or "köttbullar" as they are called in Swedish are small balls made with minced pork or beef. It is common to serve them together with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, a creamy sauce, and lingon berry jam. When you know how to do these delicious small balls you don't need to go to IKEA to buy them anymore.
A homemade recipe of mince lamb steaks with feta cheese and fresh spices. It's like a big burger with filling inside, but you eat it with knife and fork. It's very good to serve a potato gratin and a creamy sauce to enhance the flavors of the steak.
